Zein Abdul Nassir is a PhD Candidate whose research area focuses mainly on Private International Law, specifically Foreign Judgement Enforcement and Cross-Border Insolvency issues with respect to international Oil and Gas transactions (i.e. lex petrolea). His research seeks to provide a novel comparative jurisprudential analysis of judgement enforcement rules/principles vis a vis the United States and the United Kingdom. He also has secondary interest in Legal History and Roman Law (of Obligations). 

As a Management Consultant, he advises corporations on Strategy and Strategic Planning, Project & Program Governance, and Enterprise PMO set-up. His professional credentials include Project Management Professional, PMP; Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, CSSBB; Certified Strategy and Business Planning Professional, CSBP; Stanford Certified Project Manager, SCPM.
