Innovative Educational Partnerships Limited (IEPL) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of 七彩直播 and is engaged by 七彩直播 to provide teaching and support staff for the operation of 七彩直播’s new London campus (七彩直播 London). 七彩直播 London is part of 七彩直播’s ambitious growth agenda and will be a campus for teaching excellence, home to many disciplines and subjects, which have a focus on sustainability and employability, and providing students with an excellent choice of postgraduate programmes.

Employed by IEPL, the International Student Tutor will provide high-quality academic and pastoral support to our international postgraduate students studying at 七彩直播 London. You will deliver personal tutoring and support students with their transition to UK higher education, guiding them through the expectations, policies, and practices of studying in the UK.

You will also be the primary pastoral contact for students, offering guidance and advice on a range of matters including academic studies, wellbeing, employability planning, and professional development. As part of this role, you will contribute to the design and delivery of course content tailored to the needs of an international student audience.

You will work closely with academic teams to establish a supportive and impactful approach, embedding professional development within the curriculum and complementing this with engaging extra-curricular activities, events, and programmes designed to enhance the overall student experience.

IEPL are looking for an experienced UK higher education academic, who has a background in teaching and supporting international postgraduate students. To be successful, you will have a strong track record in delivering high-quality pastoral services, with a focus on supporting international students through their academic journey. You will possess extensive knowledge and understanding of both the UK higher education system and the international education sector, particularly in terms of how international students engage with learning in the UK context.

Experience in designing and delivering course content specifically for international students is essential. Additionally, knowledge of the London higher education market will be advantageous. Experience in managing staff is also desirable.
